Rule 41
Prior consent must be obtained
: Regardless of what is written in rule 39 or 40., the government of Nepal, state government or local level office, agency, bank, financial institution or charitable organization, which is in the form of grant, grant or other type of support money. In case of merger or division of the organization, such organization shall take the prior consent of the concerned body.
