Rule 16
Pulinda

(1) There should not be any type of accounting other than a written message corresponding to a letter to the addressee or a single written document such as a personal accounting and lists of items to be damaged in the pile. (2) (a) If it is suspected that there is any written message other than what is mentioned in sub-rule (1) above, in any gate, when such gate is opened in front of the addressee at the post office, if any written message is received in excess of what is separately provided for in the said sub-rule (1), every such written message The addressee will be charged double the fee charged on the letter of the message. No matter how much the postal fee attached to the envelope is, it will not be counted in the figure to be collected in this way. If the addressee refuses to pay the full amount or if it is not paid on time, such receipts will be returned to the sender and the due amount will be collected from the sender.
(b) The length of the bridge can be up to one meter. The thickness and length should not exceed 1.8 meters. Its weight can be up to 10 kg if it goes by surface and up to 5 kg if it goes by air.
(c) Any bridge should be of such a size that it does not cause any inconvenience or difficulty to the person carrying it in a bag,
(d) Every truss shall be sufficiently secured in a strong box, sprayer or shell and so that nothing inside the truss is lost or damaged or cannot be easily pulled out or fallen on the road. (e) Bridges containing the following items shall be closed in the following manner:-
(1) Valuable Metals:- Such metals should be kept in a strong metal box with a thickness of at least 8.4 mm in a wooden box or unsewn double bag. In case of plywood box, it should be 6.3 mm thick and should be connected with metal angle pieces on all sides.
(2) Liquid or readily liquid substances:- Such substances shall be sent to the port in vials or other similar metal containers or boxes.It should be closed in such a way that it does not taste. Items closed in this way should be packed in metal boxes, hard wood or special strong cardboard (corrugated cardboard) with sawdust or wood dust or any absorbent material in between.
(3) Dry run powder:- Such an item should be kept in a strong shell or box. When closing in this way, wood dust or chaff should be kept between a wooden box or strong cardboard (corrugated cardboard).
(4) Inflammable things like films:- Such things should be properly sealed in a box made of strong wood or something stronger. On the side of the address, the words "Caution" and "Flammable" should be written in black letters on a white label.
(5) Items that cause excessive lust or smell - such items should be kept in an airtight container and sealed with straw or wood dust in the middle of a strong wooden box.
(6) In the case of sending bees, silkworms or insect killers, the white label written "live animals" should be affixed to the mantel that fulfills the conditions as per sub-rule (6) of Rule 11 so that it is visible above the place where the address is written.
