(1) The District Court shall have the following library committee for the proper management and operation of the library -
(a) The presiding judge or the judge appointed by him - the chairman (b) District Attorney, District Public Prosecutor's Office “Member (c) Chairman, District Bar Unit “Member
(d) Srestedar-Member-Secretary K. (2) The duties and powers of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:- (a) To formulate and operate the library under the authority of the library policy of the Supreme Court, (b) To operate the library in accordance with the library policy of the Supreme Court. , making arrangements for magazines and software, (c) doing necessary work related to the establishment and development of the electronic library, (d) doing other work necessary for the strengthening of the library in the court.
