Rule 116
Library Committee
(1) There will be a library committee in the court to determine the necessary policy regarding the proper management of the library of the court and subordinate courts and to monitor the implementation of that policy.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Judges of the Court designated by the Chief Justice – the President (b) Other Judges of the Court appointed by the Chief Justice as necessary - Member (c) Chief Registrar – Member (d) Registrar – Member (e) Head of Library -Member (f) Sub-Registrar of Courts designated by the Chief Registrar -Member-Secretary (3) The work, duties and rights of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Determine the necessary policies and monitor the implementation of proper management of the library of the courts and subordinate courts,
(b) To do the necessary work in connection with the establishment and development of the electronic library,
(c) To manage and arrange the necessary software, books and periodicals for the library (d) Facilitate management of library services by coordinating and collaborating with other libraries.
