Rule 34
Pre-qualification document to be provided
"(1) The public body shall provide the pre-qualification document by taking the following fee from the interested person, firm, organization or company based on the cost of preparing the pre-qualification document:
(a) Five thousand rupees for above two crore rupees up to ten crore rupees,
(b) ten thousand rupees for above ten crore rupees up to twenty five crore rupees,
(c) Fifteen thousand rupees for any amount above twenty five crore rupees.
(2) The document according to sub-rule (1) must bear the signature and seal of the office of the head of the public body or the employee designated by him. Documents related to pre-qualification can be provided from the relevant public agency or two or more other agencies designated by that agency.
