Section 37
Code of Professional Conduct and Official Responsibilities
(1) The Governor or the Deputy Governor shall provide his professional services to the Bank as long as he remains in office. Except for those nominated by the bank, they are not allowed to accept any position or provide employment or provide services with or without remuneration. However, medical associations, engineers associations, bar associations, bankers associations, chartered accountants associations etc. In the case of services provided by assuming any position in a professional and commercial association, organization, this subsection shall not be deemed to be an obstacle. The governor, deputy governor or director shall not accept any kind of gift or loan by themselves or through any person with whom they have family, business or financial relationship in any way that may have any kind of undue influence.
