Rule 84
Follow up on submissions
(1) According to this regulation, the head of the financial administration branch shall prepare a list of submissions and submit them to the head of the office within seven days of the payment of the month in order to inform whether the submissions have been delayed or not and to make the submissions timely. The head of the office, the head of the financial administration branch should review it and act accordingly.
(2) During the internal audit, the relevant Treasury and Accounts Comptroller Office shall submit an audit report by looking at whether the submission responsibility has been transferred or not, whether the submission has been delayed within the deadline or not.
(3) Based on the report received as per sub-rule (2), the Taluk Office shall take action in accordance with the prevailing law.
