Rule 74
Pace Management
(1) The concerned officer will fix the date of payment after reaching the body in the case.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when fixing the date of submission, the date of submission may be set in such a way that a list of cases of a certain nature is made, containing the same question or more than one case of the same nature is submitted simultaneously.
(3) For the purpose of sub-rule (2), the Chief Justice may depute a judge of the High Court or a District Court to conduct the necessary investigation in the case.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), when the date of payment is set for simultaneous filing, if the date of payment is set on different days in a case of the same nature, with the consent of the parties, the day of payment can be fixed before the day of payment.
(5) When setting the date of payment, if the parties to the case under the following conditions are on the date, the date of payment can be set after discussing with the parties of the case, mentioning the reasons why the case cannot be adjourned or informing about the matter:-
(a) Old cases,
(b) Cases where the proceedings of other cases are suspended due to lack of decision,
(c) Cases where the work of development and construction has been blocked due to lack of decision,
(d) sensitive issue in view of the particular nature and seriousness of the subject matter,
(e) If the case is not disposed of in time, the decision itself will be null and void, based on the application made by the party to dispose of the case as soon as possible,
(f) Matters in which priority is granted or interim orders are issued.
(6) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this rule, the concerned officer shall set a date for the first hearing of the petition under sub-section (2) of Article 133 of the Constitution and the petition to repeat the case, usually within three days of the filing of the petition.
(7) From the date of receipt of the written response to the application for direct custody, it will be submitted to the bench for decision within seven days.

(9) If a party does not agree to take the date of payment or does not take it, the relevant Superintendent and Fantwala shall be notified in compensation and the misel shall be attached and after such notification, the case shall be filed as if the party has taken the date of payment.
(10) Except as mentioned in this rule, the Chief Justice may give necessary instructions in relation to other management of the salary and any doubt regarding the management of the salary.
