(1) The color, type, quality and other details of the military personnel's uniform shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commander-in-Chief.
(2) Uniforms and other goods as mentioned in schedule-13 will be provided free of cost to military personnel according to their rank.
(3) In case of not being able to distribute ready-made uniforms to military personnel, clothing will be provided with the amount of sewing expenses according to the local rate.
(4) If uniforms and other goods distributed to military personnel reach a certain period of time or are torn apart due to special government work, they will be replaced as determined by the compensation committee established in accordance with sub-rule (5).
(5) For the purposes of sub-rule (4), the military base may form a compensation committee and specify the work, duties and powers of the said committee.
