(1) After the appeal is registered in the Appellate Tribunal, the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a deadline in the format as per Schedule-6 for submitting the counter-answer in the name of the respective respondent, including one copy of the appeal and the attached evidence and documents.
(2) When issuing a time limit as per sub-rule (1), the procedure as per sub-rule (2), (3) and (4) of rule 8 shall be followed.
