(1) The mountaineering team shall appoint its representative and inform the Government of Nepal to do the work that happens in Kathmandu while involved in mountain climbing. (2) When appointing a representative as per sub-section (1), trekking by foreign or joint mountain climbing team licensed under this Act, except for the Hanepali mountain climbing team. An agency or an organization that arranges mountain climbing should be appointed.
(3) The work and duties of the representative appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
