Section 77
Can impose restrictions
The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and impose restrictions on the collection, felling, consumption, transportation, sale, distribution or export of forest products specified for the purpose of biological diversity, conservation of any species or environmental protection.
