Section 27

If a person publishes a prohibited publication or a prohibited publication

If a person publishes something prohibited under Section 14 or prohibited under Section 15, such publisher or editor will be punished according to the prevailing law for doing such act, and if not, up to ten thousand rupees shall be punished with fine or imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with both.
