Rule 39
Advertisement of promotion through competitive examination
(1) The Commission shall publish advertisement according to the schedule for promotion based on competitive examination in accordance with the prevailing law related to civil service or group.
(2) In the advertisement as per sub-rule (1), the post to be promoted, rank or level, number, service, group, sub-group, service period required to be a candidate, minimum educational qualification, deadline and place of submission of application and other details deemed necessary by the Commission shall also be disclosed. .
(3) Prospective candidates shall submit the application form by attaching the details mentioned in the advertisement published in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(4) The format of the promotion application form, application fee and examination fee shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
