Section 25
Copies to be given
: (1) If a shareholder or any other interested party requests a copy of the memorandum of association, regulations, prospectus, annual accounts and audit or director's report or any document submitted by the company to the office, the concerned company shall provide a copy of such document by collecting the fee specified in the regulations. . But if it is a public company, anyone can make a demand.
(2) If copies of such documents are not provided by the concerned company according to sub-section (1), the office will provide copies of such documents from the records it has with the prescribed fee.
