(1) After declaring the results of the election, the Election Officer shall prepare a report containing the following details and submit it to the Chief Election Officer:-
(a) Number of electors,
(b) Particulars of the candidate,
(c) Total votes cast, d
(d) Void vote,
(e) Votes received by each candidate and party,
(f) Details of Elected Candidates,
(g) Details of the staff employed in the election,
(h) statement of expenses incurred in election,
(i) Other details prescribed by the Commission.
(2) After receiving the report from all constituencies within the district according to sub-rule (1), the Chief Electoral Officer shall prepare a report based on the same and send it to the Commission immediately.
