Rule 41
Reporting
(1) After publishing the election results, the Election Officer shall prepare a report containing the number of voters, details of candidates, votes cast, invalid votes, votes received by candidates, details of elected candidates, details of election staff, details of election expenses and other details as specified by the Commission. It should be sent to the Chief Electoral Officer.
(2) The Chief Electoral Officer shall prepare a report containing the district-wide details and send it to the Commission based on the report received from the Election Officer as per sub-rule (2).
