According to rule 6, if the certificate of educational qualification or other degree attached to the application received from the registrar is found to be provided by a recognized educational institution and is related to the relevant subject, the relevant subject committee will take the examination of such applicant and if he/she succeeds in the examination, a report with the recommendation to register his/her name and issue a certificate. It should be submitted to the council within a month.
