The valuation committee shall prepare a detailed analysis of the examination and valuation carried out in accordance with rules 111, 112, 113 and 114 and shall prepare a report detailing the following matters and shall submit the report within fifteen days from the date of commencement of the valuation work:-
(a) Name and address of the bidder,
(b) The total amount and currency of the bidders,
(c) If the error has been corrected in accordance with sub-section (8) and (9) of section 23 of the Procurement Act, the total amount and currency for which such error has been corrected,
(d) If it is mentioned in the promissory note that the bidder has proposed to give any discount, the evaluation committee has adjusted the amount proposed to give such discount,
(e) According to Clause (f) of Sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Procurement Act, the amount fixed on the basis of the items used to compare the bids and the exchange rate on the said date,
(f) The grounds found during the examination in accordance with sub-sections (2), (3), (4) and (6) of section 23 of the Procurement Act,
(g) Basis and manner of evaluation of minimum bids in accordance with sub-section (8) of Section 25 of the Procurement Act.
