(1) According to section 10, the person assigned to inspect and monitor should submit a report to the relevant body after completing the inspection and monitoring. (a) Obligations or other provisions fulfilled or not fulfilled by the concerned manager,
(b) matters brought to the attention of the concerned manager to fulfill obligations or other arrangements, and
(c) Other essentials.
(2) Upon examining the report received as per sub-section (1), if any manager does not comply with the obligations or other arrangements mentioned in this Act and the rules and code of conduct made under this Act, the inspection and monitoring body shall instruct the relevant manager to comply with such obligations or arrangements. will fall.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned manager to comply with the instructions given under sub-section (2). (4) If it appears that a policy decision needs to be made by any agency in relation to the subject mentioned in the report received according to sub-section (1), the agency responsible for inspection and monitoring shall send a written report to the relevant agency for the necessary policy decision. But if such a policy decision has to be made by oneself, the necessary action for the decision should be initiated.
