Section 117
Report to be submitted
: The management committee shall submit a report to the Ministry disclosing the following details within one month after completing the work related to asset management or payment of liabilities of the troubled organization or association:-
(a) Refund of member's savings,
(b) Obligations paid,
(c) Detailed statement of outstanding assets and liabilities,
(d) Suggestions regarding the policy to be adopted by the Government of Nepal regarding the operation of the organization or association (e) Other details deemed appropriate by the Management Committee.
