Section 32
Submission of report
According to clause (b) of section 31, the employees appointed in accordance with the standards of settlement development, urban planning and construction of buildings set by the government of Nepal have been subpoenaed to investigate whether the building can be constructed or not. After preparing the bond, the report should be submitted to the village municipality or municipality within fifteen days from the date of investigation to find out whether the building can be constructed as mentioned in the application.
