(1) After conducting the organization and management survey, the committee may submit a separate or integrated report to the Government of Nepal as per the need of the union, state or local level.

(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the committee may submit an interim report in the case of such level or body if it is necessary to immediately determine the organizational structure and position of any body under the union, state or local level.
