Report
According to the prevailing Nepalese laws, a person who has a legal duty to prepare any comment or report related to any work, event or situation and submit it to a specific place or office, such a comment or report written in the course of fulfilling his duty can be taken as evidence. But such comment or report should be registered in the relevant place or office.
