(1) The Foundation shall be a self-governing body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) The establishment shall have its own seal for all business operations.
(3) The establishment may acquire, enjoy, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property as well as in any other manner.
(4) The institution can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint in the same name against the institution.
(5) The establishment can enter into contracts with individuals, exercise rights and fulfill obligations according to contracts.
