: (1) The work, duties and rights of the Foundation shall be as follows:
(a) Studying, teaching, training and researching various health-related topics in backward areas (B) To provide quality and accessible health services,
(c) Entering into agreements with domestic and foreign universities, educational institutions and hospitals to conduct study, teaching, training and research programs on various health-related subjects,
(d) To produce skilled manpower required for quality health services,
(e) coordinating with domestic or foreign universities, educational institutions or hospitals to strengthen the various programs conducted by the institution and to improve the quality of such programs,
(f) Establishing, expanding and strengthening relations with domestic and foreign universities, institutes and international organizations related to health and providing mutual support. (G) organizing seminars, conferences, seminars, interactions, health camps, research on various health-related topics,
(h) To publish various books, leaflets, bulletins, awareness posters related to health (i) To do other work as specified.
(2) The functions, duties and rights of the Foundation shall be exercised and followed according to the organization of the Foundation.
