(1) The work, duties and rights of the establishment shall be as follows:-
(a) Studying, teaching, training and conducting research on various health-related subjects (B) To provide quality and accessible health services,
(c) Enter into agreements with domestic and foreign universities, educational institutions and hospitals to conduct study, teaching, training and research programs on various health-related topics,
(d) To produce skilled manpower required for quality health services,
(e) to coordinate with domestic or foreign universities, educational institutions or hospitals to strengthen the various programs conducted by the institution and to improve the quality of such programs,
(f) Establishing, expanding and strengthening relations with domestic and foreign universities, institutions and international organizations related to health and mutual cooperation and experience sharing,
(g) To organize and conduct symposiums, conferences, seminars, interactions and health camps on various health-related topics,
(h) To publish various books, leaflets, bulletins and awareness posters related to health (i) To do other work as specified.
(2) The functions, duties and rights of the Foundation shall be exercised and followed by the organization of the Foundation.
