Rule 67
Sending Notice to Defendant

(1) When the application for review, the application for re-examination of the case and the application for permission to appeal is granted and registered as an appeal, when the defendant withdraws, a notice shall be issued in the format as per Schedule-9 on the date of submission of the case.
(2) A copy of the petition and the order shall be sent along with the deadline or notice in accordance with sub-rule (1) or (2).
(3) According to sub-rule (2), when sending a copy of the petition and order, if there is more than one respondent in a case, it must be sent to all the respondents.
(4) In the case of the petitioner who is not present or who is in prison, even if the respondent does not file a summons, a notice must be issued in accordance with this rule.
(5) If the defendant does not file a charge due to the defendant, it will be mentioned in the judgment itself that the charge will be collected after the charge.
