Rule 14
Pollution Control Regulations

(1) On the recommendation of the department, the Ministry may make necessary arrangements for the use of alternative substances, fuels, tools, devices or equipment to help control pollution.
(2) According to the nature of pollution, the local level should classify the waste that can be decomposed, reused and recycled (recycled) and properly managed.
(3) If any person, organization or industry causes an adverse effect on public health and the environment due to the fact that any person, organization or industry has been notified or instructed not to dispose of waste contrary to the conditions or standards set forth in the Act or this regulation, the concerned provincial government or local level shall remove such waste at its own expense. Fifty percent of the expenses incurred in removing waste shall be added to the person, organization or industry that disposes of such waste in accordance with the prevailing law. (4) In the Himalayas or high mountain areas: To prevent pollution and remove garbage, the Ministry provides training related to mountain climbing or wayfinding. A person with experience can be hired as a mountain environment protector on a service contract.
