Rule 2
Definition
In this regulation, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means Environment Protection Act, 2076.
(b) "Action list" means the approved agenda for preparation of environmental study report as per rule 5.
(c) "Environmental Inspector" means an Environmental Inspector under section 21 of the Act. (d) "Environmental study" means a brief environmental study, preliminary environmental testing or. Environmental impact assessment should be mentioned.
(e) "Board of Directors" means the Board of Directors of Environmental Protection Fund as per Rule 35.
