Rule 8
Provincial sports association can be formed
If it is not possible to form a provincial sports association due to geographical reasons, according to section 23 of the Act, a provincial sports association can be formed as follows:-
(a) Clubs or sports associations should be formed in at least fifty percent of the districts in more than twenty percent of the local level within the province,
(b) In the case of a special sports association, local sports associations should be formed in at least five districts after being registered in the respective province. (c) In the case of sports associations of a special nature that cannot be formed according to clauses (a) and (b) due to geographical and technical reasons, a provincial sports association should be formed directly. Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "special sports association" means adventure sports or sports traditionally played in certain geographical areas or para sports played by physically differently abled persons or special sports sports associations played by mentally differently abled persons.
