(1) The state government may establish a state emergency rescue and relief committee according to the state law and the local level may establish a local emergency rescue and relief committee according to the local law.
(2). The work, duties and rights of the committee as per sub-rule (1) and other provisions related to the said committee shall be in accordance with the respective provincial and local laws.
(3) The committee under sub-rule (1) shall work in coordination with the Central Immediate Rescue and Relief Committee.
