Province and local levels shall protect waterfowl within their territory.

(3) of section 7,-

(a) Sub-section In place of (2), the following sub-section (2) has been placed:-

"(2) For catching and killing aquatic animals other than aquatic animals prohibited under Section 4 or aquatic animals in special waters as per Section 5, the Government of Nepal shall use sub-section ( 3) The local level will be able to contract in accordance with the law, subject to the standards issued as per the law." (b) The words "or (2)" in sub-section (4) have been deleted.
