In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Provincial Land Use Council shall be as follows:-
(a) Formulating and implementing and regulating state-level land use policies,
(b) To prepare state-level land use plans and standards,
(c) Resolve disputes related to inter-local land use as specified (d) Preparation of provincial level land use map database and updating records,
(e) To make necessary management of unused or underutilized or misused or exploited lands.
