(1) In order to facilitate the implementation of this Act and to organize the reform work to be done in the labor sector at the provincial level, the provincial government may establish a provincial labor advisory council.
(2) The establishment, operation and other arrangements of the Provincial Labor Advisory Council shall be as prescribed by the Provincial Government.
