(1) If foreign investment or technology is to be transferred in accordance with this act in any industry registered by the state government in accordance with the prevailing federal or state laws, the approval of the department shall be obtained in accordance with this act.
(2) When taking approval according to sub-section (1), in addition to other things, the certificate of registration of the industry in the province and the recommendation of the relevant provincial ministry looking into industry-related matters must be submitted.
(3) Other provisions related to foreign investment in industries registered in the province shall be as prescribed.
