: (1) The full name and address of the founders of the company must be mentioned in the memorandum of association, and the number of shares agreed to be taken by each founder must also be shown and all of them must have their signatures.
(2) The name and address of a separate witness for each founder must be clearly disclosed and the signature of such witness must also be included in the memorandum of association.
(3) Each founder must have approved the purchase of at least 100 shares as specified in the company's regulations and if not so specified.
(4) Within one year after the establishment of the company, an application may be submitted to the office for correction of general errors or printing or typographical errors in the articles of association and regulations submitted with the application given in accordance with section 4.
(5) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (4), after investigating it, the office will correct such error or mistake and keep a record of it if deemed appropriate. But nothing can be corrected in a way that is different from the main purpose of the company.
