Section 39
<br> to verify the proof document
When requesting for mutual legal assistance in accordance with this Act, the supporting documents attached and sent must be certified by a judge or an authorized government official and affixed with the seal of the office.
(2) Certificates that are not authenticated in accordance with sub-section (1) will not be recognized.
