(1) The center shall regularly monitor the organization that has received the accreditation certificate.
(2) During the monitoring according to sub-section (1), if it is found that the accredited institution has violated this Act or the rules made under this Act or the conditions prescribed by the Center, the Center may decide to do the following to the concerned institution:-
(a) To warn,
(b) If the instructions given by the Center are not followed despite being warned in accordance with Clause (a), the certificate of such organization shall be suspended for a maximum period of six months, or
(c) Reducing the scope of accreditation.
(3) The Center shall give a reasonable opportunity to the concerned organization to submit an explanation before suspending it in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (2).
(4) If the work of an organization with an accreditation certificate causes serious harm to anyone, the center shall cancel the accreditation certificate of such an organization and publish the same in a national daily newspaper and place it on the center's website.
(5) Other procedures related to suspension and revocation of accreditation certificate shall be as prescribed.
