(1) If the certificate of registration provided under Rule 6 is lost, destroyed or unusable due to any other reason, if it is related to commerce, the Government of Nepal, Department of Commerce and if it is related to industry, the Government of Nepal, Department of Industry or Owners of private firms should submit an application to the Department of Household and Small Industries. (2) If the application under sub-rule (1) is deemed appropriate, the concerned department will charge a fee of three hundred rupees and give a copy of the certificate of registration to the applicant.
