Rule 10
Special provision regarding renewal

(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, if the owner of a private firm who was unable to renew the private firm at the time of commencement of this sub-rule, due to reasonable reasons, submits an application for renewal by the end of June of the year 2078, and such application Reason during investigation: If deemed necessary, the concerned department shall renew such private firm within three days from the date of filing of the application, including triple the renewal fee charged for each renewal period as per sub-rule (4) of rule 7:-
(a) at the rate of two thousand five hundred rupees for each year from a private firm having capital up to twenty lakh rupees,
(b) from a private firm with a capital of more than twenty lakh rupees at the rate of five thousand five hundred rupees for each year.
(1a) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), the same shall apply in the case of sub-rules (3a) and (5) of rule 7.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the owner of a private firm does not submit an application for renewal of the private firm even within the deadline, the concerned department shall cancel such private firm according to Section 7B of the Act. Necessary action will be taken accordingly.
