Rule 44
Renewal of Certificate

(1) A conciliator wishing to renew a certificate shall submit an application to the Council for renewal of the certificate by disclosing the following details at least one month prior to the expiry of the certificate:-
(a) the number of cases or disputes in which he has been appointed as conciliator,
(b) details of cases or disputes which he has reconciled or failed to reconcile,
(c) If he is associated with any reconciliation-related organization, the same and the renewal details of such organization.
(2) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with sub-rule (1), if it is deemed necessary to renew the conciliator's certificate, the council may renew such certificate for a period of three years by charging a fee of five hundred rupees for renewal.
