Rule 8
Oath
A person listed as a conciliator in accordance with this paragraph shall take an oath before the following officer in the format as per schedule-4:-
(a) in the case of the Supreme Court, an officer appointed by that Court,
(b) In the case of a High Court, the Chief Justice of that Court,
(c) in the case of a District Court having only one District Judge, the concerned District Judge and in the case of a District Court having more than one District Judge, the senior most District Judge of that court,
(d) In the case of an agency or organization looking into a case other than the officer or agency mentioned in clauses (a), (b) and (c), the head of that agency or organization.
