Section 103
Special Provisions on Evidence
Unless proven otherwise, the following acts shall be deemed to have been done:- (a) Exchangeable power of attorney written, drawn, accepted, presented, exchanged or transferred shall be deemed to have been done in accordance with the prevailing law. (b) Exchangeable If a date is written on the warrant, it will be deemed to have been drawn or issued on the same date. (c) In case of transfer of negotiable warrant, it shall be deemed to have been transferred before the completion of the payment period. e) In the case of a deed in a convertible deed, it shall be deemed to be deeded according to the form in which it is deeded. (f) The holder of the deed of exchange shall be deemed to be the holder in due course. If a negotiable instrument is obtained by committing a crime or fraudulently from a person who owns or holds it according to law, (2) If a negotiable instrument is obtained by committing a crime or fraudulently or unlawfully from a person who writes or draws or accepts it. (g) A dishonored negotiable instrument. If the dishonor of a power of attorney is certified by a notary public, the court will assume that such dishonor has been dishonored.
