(5) Major Strategies (1) Sports for All Increasing the participation of players in educational institutes, local bodies, public institutions and even in the private sector,

(e) Encouraging the increase in the participation of women to achieve the prestige of the nation through gender equality and sports,
(f) organizing para and special sports competitions to increase their morale, keeping in mind the creativity of disabled and retarded people in national development,
(g) Adventure and tourist sports like ice skiing, ice skating, para gliding, rock climbing, cross country running, rafting, sarobar sailing, elephant polo, golf, high altitude marathon and archery, kite, kite flying with active participation of private and national sports associations. And to develop and expand traditional and recreational games such as Ghu"Yatro,
(h) To raise public awareness about physical health by arranging structures for simple and useful general physical exercises, simple morning walks and general runs for the common people in public places or grounds of cities and towns and for this, local clubs, G.V.S. ., mobilizing and encouraging municipalities and the private sector,

(f) Specially activating the Municipal, Village Development Committees to create a sports environment for senior citizens (h) Supporting veteran athletes in international sports competitions andTo encourage participation in the form.
(15) Special, Para Olympics
(a) Arranging special scholarships for APA players to study in schools, colleges and universities (b) Arranging regular organization of local and national competitions for Paralympic athletes,
(c) to arrange for Paralympic athletes to receive international medals in the same facilities as athletes of other ordinary sports,
(d) Arranging the necessary budget for the development of sports including special/para Olympics,
(e) Emphasizing the production of special technical manpower for special sports (f) Selection of games according to the nature of the accident and building the physical structure of the sports venues (g) To implement the provision of providing information about the rules of the game using sign language, Braille script and large print in the playgrounds and sports related bodies for disabled players.
(16) Sports in schools (a) Including sports and physical education as compulsory subjects in the educational curriculum of the country,

(18) Sportsmen's future, respect, honor and awards

(a) To ensure the future of national sportsmen who enhance the reputation of the country at the international level and to provide them with social respect and honor, to arrange various programs and awards,
(b) Honoring and encouraging technical and administrative staff (sports coaches, sports experts, sports experts, sports doctors, sports psychologists and others) who contribute to the sports sector of the nation,

(19) Commercialization of sports
(a) Encouraging the formation of more sports organizations and clubs to promote sports as a business,
