Rule 139
Notification of Incitement, Corruption or Fraudulent Behavior
If any officer of a public body offers to be enticed by a bidder or proposer or if he is aware of any other corruption or fraudulent act, he shall report the same to the head of such body or the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
