(1) A person, firm or company importing a vehicle from abroad should submit an application to register the entry of such vehicle at the police office at the place where such vehicle enters Nepal.
(2) If an application is made for entry registration under sub-section (1), the police office shall, after examining the purchase receipt and related documents, register such vehicle for fifteen days and give the entry registration copy to the person, firm or company importing such vehicle and such The details of the vehicle should be sent to the relevant traffic management office as soon as possible.
