Section 76
Should return to the country after the expiry of the entry permit
: (1) According to this Act, the workers who went for foreign employment must return to the country after the expiry of the entry permit of the respective country.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the licensee shall be responsible for repatriating workers who do not return home with the help of the department.
(3) According to sub-section (3), after repatriation of workers, the Government of Nepal may impose restrictions on such repatriated persons from going abroad for three years.
