Rule 32
Trainer's salary
(1) Prisoners or detainees in prisons shall be trained by qualified persons to guide them towards good behavior.
(2) The trainer will be paid up to one hundred rupees at a time. The jailer should take the approval of the chief district officer about the person giving the training and the subject of the training.
