Section 20
Question paper construction

(1) The preparation or modification (moderation) of the question papers required for the examination conducted by the Commission shall be in accordance with the standards determined by the Commission.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the qualification of the subject expert who prepares or revises the question paper, the conditions to be followed and other provisions shall be as determined by the commission.
